I’ve been accumulating United miles by signing up for Chase credit card offers, like the Chase Sapphire Preferred and the Chase Ink Bold, and have been earning Chase Ultimate Rewards points like crazy by shopping in the Ultimate Rewards online portal. Once I get enough Chase Ultimate Rewards points, I’ve been transferring the points to my United account and then redeeming for great trips like our upcoming one to Switzerland in Swiss Business Class next year to see our friends over at “Our Swiss Adventure”, a boutique blog.
50,000 Bonus Point Offer
My targeted offer Chase United MileagePlus Explorer card came with 50,000 bonus award miles after spending $1,000 on the credit card within the first 3 months after opening the account. The card offers comes with a $0 introductory annual fee for the first year and $95 every year there after.
The offer also comes with 5,000 bonus miles when authorized users are added to the account. And finally, when $25,000 is spend on the card in a calendar year, an additional 10,000 bonus miles will be awarded.

Bottom Line
I have been holding off on getting the Chase United MileagePlus Explorer credit card. I But I really like this targeted offer and I’ve been accumulating United miles through the Chase signup bonuses with the Chase Sapphire Preferred® Card and Ink Bold as well as shopping online through the Chase Portal.

10K Amex points would help my United FF account so I can visit my parents in the Black Forest. Health issues prohibit them from flying any more and I have not seen them in 4 years…..I have not churned enough CC’s so these points would help….THANKS
I received the 50,000 mile offer, and I applied online using the code given me. yesterday I received my Chase explorer card, but it mentioned nothing about the 50,000 mile bonus. Is this normal? Can i assume my account was set up correctly, and the info sent to me with my card was just a standard package? Oodles of thanks, chris
