Complimentary fifth night is earned after every four (4) consecutive paid nights. Complimentary fifth night is non-transferable and must be consumed during same stay in which it was earned. The complimentary fifth night stay will be applied as a discount to the daily rate paid for all consumed nights. Discount does not apply to resort fee (if applicable), taxes, gratuities or incidental charges. Advertised nightly rates are based upon a five-night stay and reflect the Best Available Rate. The Best Available Rate is a specific rate type that varies depending on time of purchase, is unrestricted, non-qualified and excludes discount or negotiated rates not available to the general public, including, but not limited to: membership, corporate, government, promotional, group, packages, unpublished or rates only available on auction websites. Rates are based on single/double occupancy and do not include taxes, gratuities, resort fees or incidental charges. Early departures are subject to a one night early departure fee, including applicable tax and resort fee.

Blackout dates may apply and will vary by individual resort or hotel. Offer not valid with group bookings and cannot be combined with other discounts or offers. The 5th night offer states that it provides the best available rate. But with all promotional offers, it’s best to check this against other available rates such as your corporate or membership rates available on an individual basis.
