The American Customer Service ranks United towards the bottom of the rankings, and it is stories like these that perpetuate the poor ratings.

According to Huffington Post, United forgot to stock their 10 hour flight #931 from San Fransisco to London with toilet paper. What?

Tweet me here to continue the discussion. What is the worst thing you’ve had to do without on a flight?

  1. Too bad service is often so poor on N American airlines. The business culture really needs to be changed.
