Those of you who have signed up for Ebates, you can now take advantage of “Oktoberfest” with Double Cash Back. Double Cash Back stores include: Overstock.com, Lands’ End, Marriott (my personal favorite) and many others. The percentage back for Marriott is currently 5.5%, a great way to have some extra spending money for your trip.

For those of you who haven’t yet heard of Ebates, Ebates is a business that pays cash back from over 1600 retailers, up to 30%. It is so easy to use and what’s great is that you can pair your purchases with your favorite rewards credit card and “Double Dip” on your rewards. Payment is quarterly and will be sent in the form of a check or Paypal once your balance reaches $5.01+. Balances under the minimum amount roll over to the next quarter until the balance is reached. You can sign up for a new account through my referral link.

Bottom Line

Ebates is a great business to use for cash back and is constantly running promotions to save you even more! Watch for the double cash back promotions and pair with a good rewards credit card to get the most bang for your buck.

  1. Seems to only be 2.5% now, which is less than the 3% that TopCashBack is currently offering. Or is there a trick to getting the 5.5 percent?
