With SkyMiles Auctions, you can redeem your SkyMiles for front-row seats at sought-after sporting or cultural events, the chance to mingle with celebrities, resort stays and much more.

SkyMiles Auctions is for use within the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, with U.S. addresses since merchandise will only be shipped within the 50 United States and the District of Columbia.

To get started, head over to the SkyMiles Auction site, where you must first login to your SkyMiles Account. Next, you can browse all the current auctions that are going on. If you see something that you’re interested in, just click the View Item icon to find out more info about and the current bidding price.

At any given time, there are dozens of items available for auction, so if you don’t see something that interests you check back frequently. Currently some of the auctions include New York Rangers Tickets, Delta Flight Simulator Experience, Atlanta Hawks Game, Costa Rica Vacation to name a few.

This current auction is for a Delta Air Lines Flight Simulator Experience, which is the same simulator Delta pilots use to train on. This is not something that you can buy and would be a great gift for a Delta fan. The experience is valued at $1,200 and also includes a $250 Delta travel voucher. The current bid is up to 141,000 miles.

Another auction that is currently going on is for a Michael Buble concert in Seattle. Included in the auction is two passes to the pre-concert with food and a full bar, two passes for a meet and greet, two premium level tickets to the concert as well as two roundtrip Coach Tickets from your home city to Seattle. The current bid is 52,000 SkyMiles.

Since domestic coach awards start at 25,000 miles for low-level awards, I put that at a 50,000 mileage value, so currently this auction is only 2,000 more miles that to redeem for two tickets to Seattle. If you’re a Michael Buble fan, at this price, this is a great deal.
