This past weekend I joined Rudy Maxa on his Saturday radio show to discuss the Changes Delta is making to their loyalty program. You can listen to the podcast here.

It was a good discussion and we had the pleasure of speaking with Rudy in the first segment. Granted, I’m no pro like Gary, and this is just a hobby, but think the discussion went fairly well.
