United MileagePlus members can earn an easy 500 bonus miles just for signing up for MileagePlus Dining. To get started head over to this site, where you must create an account and register your MileagePlus number.

You’ll earn the 500 bonus points just for signing up from now through July 10, 2014. You do not need to dine at one of these restaurants to earn the initial bonus.

However, if you do see some restaurants you like and dine at them you can earn an additional 2,500 MileagePlus points. Dining programs are a great way to earn bonus miles, so be sure to join if you’re not yet a member.

Terms and Conditions:

This bonus offer is only open to new MileagePlus Dining members without a dining profile at the time of registration. A dining profile includes creating a web login and opting in and remaining opted in to receive emails from MileagePlus Dining with a valid, deliverable email address. To earn the first 500 bonus miles for this bonus offer, you must complete registration by creating a dining profile and registering at least one payment card in your dining account. Members are eligible to earn the initial registration 500 bonus miles only one time for a maximum of 500 bonus miles. Registration must originate through one of the links on this page by July 10, 2014. You must also continue to satisfy other Online and/or VIP Member level criteria to earn this bonus.

To earn the additional bonus miles for this bonus offer, you must dine out at any participating restaurant, bar or club within 30 days of registering for the bonus. You may dine up to five times and earn 500 bonus miles per dine with a maximum amount of 2,500 bonus miles for dining within 30 days of registration. Please note that dining activity that occurred prior to registration will not be eligible for this bonus. In addition, all qualified dines must occur during a valid reward period and be paid for with a credit or debit card registered in MileagePlus Dining.

The total of 3,000 bonus miles may be earned with this bonus (500 for registration and up to 2,500 for dining). Offer is not combinable with other MileagePlus Dining bonuses, including but not limited to, The Sign Up and Dine Bonus. Please allow 6–8 weeks from the date of your qualifying dines for any bonus award miles to post to your MileagePlus account. All inquiries related to this bonus must be received by September 10, 2014.
