One of my favorite perks of my American Express Platinum Card is having access to the American Express Centurion Lounges which are operated by American Express.
Overview of American Express Centurion Lounges
Presently these lounges are located in Dallas-Ft. Worth, New York LaGuardia, and Las Vegas. Two more are expected to open by the end of the year in Miami and San Francisco, which a total of 40 coming online in the coming years.
If you have an American Express Platinum card, you can access these lounges free of charge for yourself up to 2 other guests as well.

As a reminder, the American Express Platinum Card also provides lounge access to Delta SkyClubs, a Priority Pass Select membership and AirSpace lounge access in addition to the Centurion lounges, making it my favorite card for lounge access.
