What is SPG Pro?
SPG Pro is a loyalty program designed to reward our business-to-business customers for the business they bring to Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Inc. (“Starwood”).

Who is qualified to be a member of SPG Pro?
Professional meeting planners, travel agents are eligible to join SPG with the SPG Pro designation. Qualified executive assistants who live and work outside of the United States or Canada are also eligible to join SPG with the SPG Pro designation.

Can I enroll my company or agency in SPG Pro to earn Starpoints?
No, SPG Pro offers individual memberships only.

What credentials does Starwood recognize for participation in SPG Pro as a travel professional?
IATA, CLIA, ARC, TRUE and TIDS numbers are all recognized by Starwood.

I’m trying to enroll as an executive assistant but do not know my SET Number. What should I do?
Your SET number is a unique identifier Starwood has assigned to your company. If you do not know your SET number, please contact your Starwood Sales Associate.

I am not a professional meeting planner but am responsible for booking and planning one or more meetings per year. Am I eligible to receive Starpoints for my meetings?
Yes, Any SPG member who books an eligible event with a Starwood hotel or resort is eligible to receive Starpoints for the event as outlined in the signed contract.

I am an executive assistant and was invited to join SPG Pro by my Starwood Sales Associate. I also plan meetings at my company. Should I join as an executive assistant or a meeting planner?
In order to earn for the bookings you make for others, you must join as an executive assistant. During the registration process, you should identify yourself as both a meeting planner and a executive assistant who books on behalf of others.

I am travel professional and also help my client’s book their groups and meetings. Should I join as an executive assistant or a meeting planner?
