Airbnb is an interesting new way I found to find travel accommodations when hotels are not available either because of geographical locale or because hotels are sold out due to a large demand, like during a sporting event.

Any idea how long that TravelZoo promo will be live?
Apparently I can’t combine travel credits with a coupon. When I tried to apple the coupon code, they said “You are not eligible to use this coupon”. Looking at their Help Center, it says, “If you have travel credits available to use and your reservation is over $75 USD, the referral coupon code will automatically be applied to the reservation for you. You can’t combine your travel credits with an additional coupon.” Am I doing something wrong?
From googling travelzoo airbnb, I came across the promotion page which is set for Canada. It says that the original booking must be minimum $100, $150 maximun discount, and book by January 14th, 2015 for stays throughout 2015. Double-check it, please! (In case I wasn’t looking at the right promo)
Pretty sure this is only bookable by Canadians. No matter what I do, it tells me I’m not eligible.
Even by trying to change the payment country to Canada, TRAVELZOO14 doesn’t work. It says I’m not eligible.
