I just received my new Target REDcard by American Express in the mail and I am really excited to max out the benefits of this new card in 2015! In order to get approved for a REDcard by American Express Serve, you need to cancel your BlueBird account, so I didn’t take this step lightly. The REDcard comes with great savings at Target and the ability to reload the card directly at the cash register with your credit card of choice.

Comments

  1. I am wondering how you listed CA as the drop down Target menu indicates none are available in CA.

  2. Be forewarned – your credit card company is likely to flag any reload as fraudulent activity unless you call them first. I’ve had this issue with Amex and Chase multiple times. Be ready to spend 15 mins or more trying to load the permitted $2500 per day

  3. Agreed with @JustSaying

Although the REDcard credit debit cards are available at California Targets, the reload card is not here yet!
