Alaska Air started new seasonal service today between Vegas and Mammoth Lakes, CA, “giving locals and visitors alike an opportunity to enjoy the nightlife of Vegas and ski fresh powder during the winter season.”

Alaska’s nonstop flight from Las Vegas to Mammoth Lakes will operate on Mondays and Thursdays starting Jan. 15 and running through April 6, 2015.

*Alaska Airlines also provides year-round flights to Mammoth Lakes from Los Angeles and winter seasonal flights from San Diego.

Bottom Line

Here’s a new offering for you if you are looking to book a ski/Vegas combo vacation. It’s an interesting expansion plan by Alaska Air as Delta is invading their Seattle hub.
