Based on the current standoff with the Paris Terrorist Attack suspects going on near Paris Charles De Gaulle Airport, the authorities have restricted flights to the southern runways.
Flights Restricted To Paris Charles De Gaulle Airport Southern Runways
Apparently it is impacting arrivals into two runways so I would suspect this will cause some delays in and out of Paris until the situation is resolved.
