I value Starbucks stars the same way I value miles or hotel points. 12 stars earns me a free drink or food item. That’s worth about $6 to me, or 50 cents a star. If your bonus is 8 of them, that’s worth $4 and you’re spending $15 to get them (5x about $3 for a mini). That’s not too shabby, but I recommend only buying exactly 5 to maximize return. After that, go back to purchasing larger sizes which are a much better value.
Mine is very different!
Purchase 2 Flat Whites, 2 Frappuccinos, or 2 Breakfast Sandwiches (you can’t mix & match), then you receive 6 bonus stars. You have to pick 1 of the 3 options before participating.
Yup Roger is definitely right, that’s my plan too. Just dish out another $1ish and you can have a Venti Frappe.. Fyi, I recieved another offer. Load $10 and get 3 bonus stars..
