Spirit Airlines is currently offering flights for just 23.10 and $34.10 each way for select dates on MANY of their routes in July 2015 and August 2015, however you must book by 11:59PM on June 30, 2015.
I was able to find a flight from Atlanta-Tampa for either $23.10 (for $9 fare club members) or $34.10 one-way for everyone else in July.
There’s a bunch of flights on-sale, so I’d recommend checking out their site, and seeing what routes are available that you need to fly.
