“The 4-hour sale has ended.”
What a bunch of a$$holes. I placed the item in my cart at 2:50 CDT, logged into my account at 2:53 CDT and began the checkout process. After I entered my shipping information and a gift card number, with the sale price still showing, i went to enter a credit card for the balance due when, whaddya know, the price jumped $125 because it was now 3:00 pm. Just got off the phone with customer service supervisor who basically told me “tough sh**” and that I needed to have my order completely submitted and confirmed before 3:00 to be eligible for the sale price. She did not care that I was in my account and almost completed with checkout before the price changed. and ironically at 3:15 while I was on the phone with customer service the website price was still showing the sale price, although it jumped up as soon as I tried to add it to my cart.
