If you spend $20,000 in a calendar year, on the Hilton Honors American Express Card you’ll get Hilton Gold status through the end of the next calendar year.

Normally, to achieve or retain Honors Diamond status, you need to earn either:
(1) 30 stays in a calendar year, or
(2) 60 nights in a calendar year, or
(3) 120,000 Honors Base Points in a calendar year

You mention that 5th night free is for Silver, Gold and Diamond elite members. There is no Silver level. Hyatt has Gold, Platinum and Diamond.
