Glenn and Allison- It does appear that the Sheraton link for participating hotels is not loaded. You can call 1-877-782-0150 and ask for promo codes P4B and P4C according to the website. Hope that helps.
I just called the number and got someone who had never heard of this promotion. I explained it twice, inquiring which hotels would be eligible in a couple different cities. She listed all the hotels in both cities. When I asked to clarify whether that was the list of all hotels or the hotels that are participating, she said she’d have to have a specific hotel and date to check. Not super helpful.
You should actually check out these bogus promotions before you cut and paste this crap on your blog. I called about this when I got the email for a hotel I already had booked in South Africa. This “promotional rate” was 20% higher than the current prepaid rate for the room (promo rate is prepaid as well). Asked to talk to a supervisor how this promo 40% off rate is higher than the 20% prepaid rate and she could not answer. Said someone from accounting at the hotel would give me a call. Right.
Must be a better way to push your SPG cards on your blogs than putting out this crap without even checking out the facts of the promotion.
@fathiss, I made a similar comment to yours twice already, and it was swiftly deleted. I expect the same to happen again. It would seem that this blog values clickbaiting and pushing card referrals above providing any kind of qualified journalistic content to its readers. And censors anybody pointing this out.
