Delta’s really been enhancing their meal service in the premium cabin on all their flights, and I’ve been fortunate to experience several of their new meals that they’re offering. The latest one was on a lunch flight back from Las Vegas to New York with their BBQ Chicken entree.

Delta BBQ Chicken

Indonesian Barbecue Chicken which consited of sweet potato & ginger coconut basmati rice, carrots, radish, and a almond slaw side salad.

The other entree onboard for lunch this flight was Grilled Salmon with butternut squash, which my seat meat said was delicious.
