As I previously posted, according to the corporate customer care I spoke to, I was informed that this compensation should be proactive and you should receive by May 1, 2017 if you qualify. If you want to inquire if you qualify, or feel you should receive compensation (even if not a three-hour delay), the number for Corporate Customer Care is 1-800-455-2600 or you can fill out the Contact Us form online.
