If I haven’t received an email targetting me, how else can I find out if I’m targetted. I went through the steps you indicated to buy a $160 pair of mens shoes, but the discount didn’t work for me….yet! Also, doe anyone know what the eligible goods are – and I’m assuming gift cards are not eligible – am I right?
Ken you have to have the MR points-earning card selected. Then, the ‘use points’ radio buttons are not grayed out. Once you see that, put ‘.01’ in the membership rewards box and click next then, on the next page, enter the code and click continue (or apply). At that point you’ll see the discount. If you get a message ‘cannot be applied’ then maybe you used it before.
