One of my favorite card perks of the American Express Platinum Card or the The Business Platinum Card® from American Express OPEN is the Fine Hotels and Resorts program.
Booking through this program can really add some valued added benefits when you factor in the daily breakfast for two, and unique hotel benefit which usually is a $100 resort credit.
Benefits of booking with Fine Hotels and Resorts include:
- Noon check-in, when available
- Room upgrade upon arrival, when available (usually suite upgrades)
- Daily breakfast for two people
- Guaranteed 4pm late check-out
- Complimentary Wi-Fi
- A unique property benefit (such as a $100 hotel credit or $100 dining credit)
When it comes to booking these hotels, you receive these benefits regardless of how long the stay is, so to maximize these perks, you’ll receive more value on a one night stay, since the $100 property credit is valid per stay not per night.
I was able to find the Delano Las Vegas for $99 a night with several dates this summer. You can view Hotel Review: Delano Las Vegas Scenic Suite on our review when booking a FHR stay here. Assuming you use the $100 property credit, you’re basically staying here for free for this rate, not even taking into account the daily breakfast and other awesome perks. Check out more reviews of the Delano Las Vegas which gets great reviews on TripAdvisor.
Fine Hotels and Resorts offers some great benefits for American Express Platinum Card and The Business Platinum Card® from American Express OPEN cardholders. If you’re looking to leverage these perks, consider checking out these hotels in Vegas, which offer some great rates during the summer season.
You’ll also want to stop in the Centurion Lounge Las Vegas at McCarran International Airport during your trip to Vegas!
