Lounge Review: The Club at MCO, Orlando

The Club at MCO has two locations at Orlando International Airport, though ours is the one that is in Terminal B, Airside 4. Airlines in this concourse include Delta, Air Canada, British Airways, Emirates, Lufthansa, Sun Country, and Virgin Atlantic, making it easily accessible if flying on any of those.

The club is located right after you get off the train, head right and it’s across from gate 91. As this is a Priority Pass lounge, meaning that’d I’d be able to access with my Priority Pass Select Membership, which is a benefit of my Platinum Card from American Express.

Hours are daily from 6:00 am – 9:00 pm daily, and note that there is another Club at MCO at Terminal A, Airside 1.

How To Get Access:

You can gain access to Priority Pass Select, which will get you lounge access here for free by being a cardholder of certain credit cards including both the The Platinum Card® from American Express or The Business Platinum Card® from American Express OPEN

Overall when it comes to Priority Pass lounges, this is a decent option if you’re traveling out of Airside 4 at Orlando. If you do have the Platinum card, and are flying Delta, you’ll want to check out the Delta Sky Club which is also located in this concourse.

You can purchase a one-day pass to the Club at MCO for $40 online if you aren’t a Priority Pass member.

  1. Did AMEX officially update the policy for the Biz Plat so you can brings guests with you at no charge or do you still have to pay the $27/guest?

  2. The Clib MCO is Absolutely Terrible!!!!
After going through airport security and finally finding lounge they tell us they are at full capacity for Priority Pass members and then proceed to admit incoming Business Class members. There was plenty of room in lounge and no reason to deny admittance. There is no information on app or website saying that the lounge is full. Totally unacceptable! How dare they advertise as a Priority Pass lounge and then deny access! Now we have to go through security again to get to our gate – extremely upsetting!

  3. Beyond awful experience at Club MCO side B. Dana is the manager and she refused to let us in after her staff called us to come up after being waitlisted for over 3 hours. We sat outside the lounge waiting to go in for over THREE hours. Twice when I was up there to check on the waitlist it was only about half full. It is a total scam and run by incompetent people who should be fired. Never had this experience at any other club. Horrible feeling to pay for this and be denied access. They tell you its at capacity and then there is nobody in the lounge. Their attitudes are so poor I get better customer service at Dunkin Donuts. I hope other people write how bad it is and the manager is fired she has no business managing let alone being in customer service anywhere. Completely dis respectful, rude, and a liar.
