A crazy Southwest Airlines passenger threatens to kill everyone on the flight after being told she wasn’t allowed to smoke. The incident happened onboard a Southwest flight from Portland to Sacramento.

Per the Dallas Business Journal,

A woman who threatened to kill fellow passengers on a Southwest Airlines flight from Portland to Sacramento was arrested and charged Saturday after a dramatic episode captured on video.

“I swear, if you don’t **** land, I will **** kill everybody on this (expletive) plane!†the 24-year-old woman yelled at a flight attendant, according to the video obtained by Portland CBS affiliate KOIN6.

Southwest AIrlines said that the passenger Valerie Curbelo tampered with one of the aircraft’s smoke detectors in the bathroom and was caught smoking in the lav.

“Our reports from flight attendants indicate a customer violated federal laws by both smoking onboard an aircraft and by tampering with a smoke detector in an aircraft restroom,†the statement said. “Our crew enforced the regulation and that was followed by the passenger outburst. The safety of our crew and passengers is our top priority and we take all threats seriously.â€

The Southwest passenger then went on and pushed one of the flight attendants before being physically restrained with the help of other passengers for the duration of the flight. She claims she was smoking onboard due to anxiety. She’s currently being held on three felony counts at the Sacramento County Jail.
