American Airlines is running a Facebook promotion for members to share their favorite tips about the AAdvantage program. The promotion will award 10 lucky winners to receive 5,000 American Airlines miles each. They have an expert tip section and they asked me to contribute a tip for consideration in the promotion. If I win the 5,000 American Airline miles, they’ve mentioned I am free to donate them to a reader of Points, Miles & Martinis. So that is why I’m asking you to help me, help you.

The expert tip competition is fierce with AAdvantageGeek, MommyPoints, Frugal Travel Guy, and Landlopers. The five bloggers with the most votes will receive 5,000 AAdvantage miles, as well as 5,000 miles to give away to a reader. May the best tip win, but so far we appear to be in the lead.
What Is The Deal With The 5,000 Miles American Airlines Facebook Promotion
The AAdvantage Facebook page unveiled “Tips Tabâ€, a tab filled with information about earning and redeeming AAdvantage miles, as well as program benefits like reaching a new status level. American Airlines will select a winner on or around 5/23. The winners will receive 5,000 American Airlines miles. You can share a tip as well.
