There are those moments which call for the perfect cocktail. For our moment in Bora Bora, it was the Raspberry Mojito. During our Trip to French Polynesia we stayed at the Intercontinental Bora Bora, on a reward stay of course. Each evening we took full advantage of the drink special and the unmatched view.

How To Make A Raspberry Mojito

  • Generous Portion Of Light Rum
  • Muddled Raspberries
  • Sugar Syrup
  • Handful of Mint Leaves
  • Lime Juice
  • Top up with Soda Water

Setting

Each night of our stay we were on the beach at the InterContinental soaking up the great views. The hotel ran a 2 for 1 special each night during our stay. The bar tenders took great care to highlight a special drink each night. During this night there was a live band playing favorites from Jack Johnson to Bob Marley. This was a night to remember.

  1. First of all, the pictures are beautiful! I see a first sentence strategy at work here. There’s the “cocktail moment” which captures what the rest of the post will bring. I’m certainly with you on the perfect moments for a cocktail. 🙂

    Nice looking blog!
