Coach Class Domestic One-Way Ticket
8 A+ credits = 9,600 Membership Rewards points (Normally 12,000 points)

Business Class Domestic One-Way Ticket
16 A+ credits = 19,200 Membership Rewards points (Normally 24,000 points)

Bottom Line

Its not the best use of Amex MR points.  You can fly Domestic First for 38,400 MR point with this promotion.  So if you had already planned on transferring American Express Membership Rewards to AirTran, make sure to transfer during this promotion period.
