More ridiculousness at the Park Hyatt Tokyo

Silly me, I absentmindedly left an unattended wireless mouse out this morning at the Park Hyatt Tokyo. I returned this evening after housekeeping service to find they had placed a mouse pad next to my lonely mouse.  Did the hotel cleaning staff really send someone downstairs to remedy the situation upon discovering this rogue mouse crisis!?!

MousepadCrisis Averted!!!

The Park Hyatt Tokyo has taken service to a new (wildly unnecessary) level.

  1. We will be there next week! How is the weather? The reports say lots of rain, but it looks clear and great in your photo!

  2. We had the exact same thing happen during our stay there last year. The level of service is amazing.

  3. I have to say, since moving to Japan 10 years ago, the customer service here is excellent.

  4. @Rikki – It started raining as we were leaving. We had cool, clear weather most of the trip which was great for walking around.

@mastaplayer – I didn’t see that listed in the Directory of Services. You may need to contact the eConcierge. 😉
