I just logged into my Hyatt Diamond account and noticed that instead of it showing the 4 Suite Upgrades, it instead shows Free Night Award – Category 1 – 4. I haven’t tested this out if it actually works to book it, but thought I’d post about. Apparently there is a Flyertalk thread about it also.
Normally as a Hyatt Diamond you should get 4 Suite Upgrades each year, which were deposited today, though this error may result in something else.

Bottom Line:
Do you think if you have these in your account you will be able to book actual free nights? If so, I’d try to do it sooner than later before they correct this error.

IMO — probably just a cosmetic thing on their website. They probably have them coded properly in the backend. I value the upgrades much more than those free nights anyway :).

Found it out myself today, before seeing this. Tried to book it but goldpassport doesnt see the award.
We are aware of a glitch mistakenly labeling the 2015 Diamond Suite Upgrade Awards as Free Night Awards, and we are working to resolve the discrepancy as soon as possible.
