Can’t Login To Your World of Hyatt Account?

Ever since the migration over to World of Hyatt, I’ve been unable to login to my account online for over a week. I’ve had multiple password resets online as well as over the phone yet still unable to login in to my account.

When logging in, it will just bring me back to the login page as if it didn’t process as at all, and the phone reps just sent out password reset links, though it isn’t a password issue.

I finally reached out to Hyatt on Flyertalk and after explaining the situation received the following message:

Thank you for providing that information. The access issue is a known issue for select accounts. I have shared your login experience with our E-Commerce team. At this time there is no known ETA on a fix. If you prefer to speak with someone for assistance you can contact 888-454-9288.

Bottom Line:

As frustrating as it is not being able to login into your World of Hyatt account, know that this issue is a known issue by Hyatt, however this is no current ETA for a fix. Playing around, it does appear that it’s only a website issue as signing into the World of Hyatt does work.

  1. I initially had this problem, and after several password resets, it still took clearing out my cache and rebooting to fix. You might want to try it if you haven’t already

  2. I could be fabricating this, but noticed just in the last week that it no longer worked to login using my username – i had to use my account number as username instead. I could have sworn with 99% certainty that I used to be able to login with my username. Not sure if that could be it.

  3. I have been having this issue for the past couple days. Spoke to Hyatt over the phone and they were unable to help. Have you had this resolved on your end?

  4. I have the same issue and talked to a very impatient Hyatt customer service rep, who told me there is nothing she could do and hung up on me after I asked to talk to a supervisor.

  5. I’m having the same issue, it’s been going on for 4 weeks now. I can’t access anything, it just keeps on pulling up the sign in page. I’m frustrated with no one being able to help that I’m ready to cancel my Hyatt card and show loyalty to another chain. Try being professional Hyatt and find someone who can actually fix it.

  6. Same here – called and the Rep at Hyatt said it must be due to the hurricane – yeah right – this has been weeks – to add insult I keep getting Hyatt emails to login into my account –

  7. Same problem, I haven’t been able to access my account using account number with several attempts trying to reset with temporary password. This should not be so hard,
