Ever since the migration over to World of Hyatt, I’ve been unable to login to my account online for over a week. I’ve had multiple password resets online as well as over the phone yet still unable to login in to my account.
When logging in, it will just bring me back to the login page as if it didn’t process as at all, and the phone reps just sent out password reset links, though it isn’t a password issue.
I finally reached out to Hyatt on Flyertalk and after explaining the situation received the following message:
Thank you for providing that information. The access issue is a known issue for select accounts. I have shared your login experience with our E-Commerce team. At this time there is no known ETA on a fix. If you prefer to speak with someone for assistance you can contact 888-454-9288.
As frustrating as it is not being able to login into your World of Hyatt account, know that this issue is a known issue by Hyatt, however this is no current ETA for a fix. Playing around, it does appear that it’s only a website issue as signing into the World of Hyatt does work.
