Last year, Amex introduced a 50% rebate when you redeem Membership Rewards points when going through American Express Travel to book a flight with your selected airline. If you opened your The Enhanced Business Platinum Card® from American Express OPEN anytime between October and through May 31st of 2017, Amex will honor the 50% Airline bonus with unlimited points for one full year from the date of issue. Really fantastic news for those who still might want to lock in this deal and apply before May 31st.
The Enhanced Business Platinum Card® from American Express OPEN offers all the great perks of the personal card however there are a couple added benefits making this card superior in my opinion.
50% Airline Bonus: You can redeem Membership Rewards Pay with Points for all or part of an eligible fare and get 50% of those points back. This is valid on First and Business Class tickets with all airlines available with American Express Travel or ay fare class with your selected qualifying airline.
