Uber has now officially instated a new policy, where if you want a lost item returned to you, it’s gonna cost a fee of $15. The new fee goes directly toward the driver, and it’s to encourage them to return lost items. This in addition to the recent addition of Uber adding the option of tipping for their drivers.
Top 10 Items Left Behind in an Uber, Now $15 to Retrieve

Below is the 10 most lost items in Ubers:
How To Retrieve a Lost Uber Item:
1. Tap the menu icon, then “Help”
2. Tap “Trips and Fare Review” and select the trip you took
3. Tap “I lost an item,” then “Contact my driver about a lost item”
4. Enter your phone number and tap “SUBMIT”
