Seems like a sweet promo but “no joy” for anyone in my family which is weird because we fit very different Southwest member stats. I’ve flown once in 3 years on Southwest but I get the emails already, my wife flies Southwest a lot, my son flies once in awhile but doesn’t subscribe to the emails, etc. Usually it seems promos like this would have caught one of us in the net 🙁

Signed up for Option I but cannot get into Option II. Very confusing – is this confusing intentionally? You have my option I, but if I do not send Option II I will not get points. If I get Email updates before complete registration I will cancel

I have tried to sign up yesterday and don’t understand this system at all. I always liketo fly Southwest my favorite. I do not want to sign up for another credit card and I already get e-mails for specials on Southwest. What am I suppose to do to get my extra points the card said I would get?
