Last year, we shared how Hyatt announced they’d be acquiring Two Roads Hospitality, which is composed of Joie de Vivre Hotels, Thompson Hotels, Destination Hotels, tommie and Alila Hotels & Resorts.

As part of the acquisition, we shared how Thompson Hotels would be the first join the World of Hyatt loyalty program for stays starting March 28, 2019. Next, World of Hyatt Welcomed Joie de Vivre Hotels on May 15, 2019.

Continuing with the Two Roads Hospitality acquisition, Hyatt will now be adding Alila Hotels on June 25, 2019

As part of Hyatt’s continued commitment to delivering more rewarding and unique destinations across the globe for guests and members to explore, on June 25, 2019, Hyatt will welcome Alila Hotels as the latest former Two Roads Hospitality brand to join the World of Hyatt loyalty program.

This continued program expansion quickly follows the recent addition of the Thompson Hotels and Joie de Vivre brands, allowing World of Hyatt members more unique stay options to choose from, the ability to earn and redeem points and enjoy in-hotel benefits at 16 participating Alila hotels located throughout Asia, Southwest Asia and the U.S.

Following the completion of the Alila Hotels integration on July 16, 2019, more than 40 hotels across the Thompson Hotels, Joie de Vivre and Alila brands will have joined World of Hyatt in many new destinations including Zihuatanejo, Mexico; Ubud, Bali, Indonesia; and more. Destination Hotels will be the next former Two Roads Hospitality brand to join the program, set to follow later this year.
