Southwest Airlines is planning to launch several new flights to Hawaii as early as next month! Still a rumor, though I’d expect the airline to publicly announce in the coming days, the airline looks to add service from Los Angeles; Las Vegas; and Phoenix.
Los Angeles is expected to get service to Honolulu; Maui; Kona; and Kauai. Phoenix and Las Vegas will be launching service to Honolulu and Maui to start. Again, an exact date of this is still unclear, but the targeted timeline is as early as next month.
Here’s a look at the rumored new routes starting in the later part of June:
Los Angeles International Airport – LAX
- Los Angeles- Honolulu
- Los Angeles- Maui
- Los Angeles- Kona
- Los Angeles- Kauai
McCarran International Airport – LAS
- Las Vegas- Honolulu
- Las Vegas- Maui
Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport – PHX
- Phoenix- Honolulu
- Phoenix- Maui
