It’s time for another Points, Miles & Martinis happy hour. This time it’s a double shot of cocktails brought to you from a Delta Sky Club and from the flight crew of a Delta 757 at 30,000 feet. The Delta Sky Club brings us the luxurious Godiva Truffletini. Not to be outdone in the air, Delta’s excellent in-flight crew serves as many (as you care to drink – not just 2 mini bottles) of one of the best premium Kentucky bourbons around.

How To Make A Godiva Truffletini

  • Godiva chocolate liqueur
  • Godiva chocolate vodka
  • Milk
  • Garnished with a Godiva truffle

Woodford Reserve

Woodford Reserve

Woodford Reserve

  • 2 ounces of premium Woodford Reserve small batch Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey
  • Very cold ice
  • Served with a smile

Bottom Line

One of the things that Delta does exceptionally well is their drink service. They come up with innovative drinks (Delta non-stop) in the Sky Club with great liqueur brands like Avion Tequila and partner with great hotels like the W Atlanta Downtown. In addition, they serve as much premium Kentucky bourbon as you care to drink on board at 30,000 feet. What’s not to like?

Keep an eye out for an upcoming report about the elusive Delta power adapter in First Class.
