The promotion runs through July 15, 2012 and is valid on rentals of 3 days or more in the U.S. and Canada. The promotion is valid on all car classes. In addition to the triple points, you can receive up to 20% off your Budget car rentals. The normal earning rate with Budget is 250 Hilton points per rental. So with this promotion, you’d triple your points earned up to 750 Hilton points for qualifying rentals.

How many points are 3x points? You don’t mention the normal earn rate for Budget car rentals.
Bad deal. Priced a rent for Boston and it is way more expensive using these coupons than you get a National for example.
