Did you know you can earn Delta SkyMiles with a Starwood hotel stay AND earn Starwood Starpoints? Simply register with Starwood Crossover Rewards and Delta Airlines. Then you can start earning points and miles for hotel stays at Starwood or flights with Delta. Just register, fly or stay and earn points and miles. It’s that easy.
Rewarding When You Stay Or Fly
SPG Platinum and Gold members will earn 1 Starpoint for every dollar spent on eligible Delta flights. While Delta Diamond, Platinum, Gold and Silver members will earn 1 SkyMile for every dollar spent on eligible room rates at Starwood hotels and resorts.
Recent Rewards
Taking a look at my recent activity, I didn’t expect I’d enjoy seeing the Starpoints pile up so much. I mean, I haven’t even had to stay in a Starwood hotel (although I still do) and I’m earning Starpoints.
That’s over 1,700 Starpoints for taking flights I would have otherwise taken. All just for signing up for Crossover Rewards. I have to admit, it does incentivize me a tab bit more knowing I’ll earn SkyMiles AND Starpoints for staying loyal to either program.
Bottom Line
I’m liking Starwood and Delta’s Crossover Rewards even more than I thought I would. Members who signup earn 1 Delta SkyMile for ever dollar spent at Starwood hotels and resorts and 1 Starpoint for every dollar spent on eligible Delta flights.
How about you, does it sway your travel pattern at all?

I earned 123 SPG points on my Westjet flight from Vancouver to LAX booked through Delta.com. Not sure how they calculated 123, since the ticket price was around $200. The flight earned 1,080 Delta Skymiles. Any ideas?
I got SPG Gold from AMEX Platinum. This summer I went on a work trip to Japan. I received around 2,500 SPG points for the flight. So, yea, I like it. Especially being a Delta hub captive.
