Update: 10:15 p.m.: Delta teams are expeditiously working to fix a systems outage that has resulted in departure delays and cancellations. Not all of these delays and cancellations are being reflected on Delta systems, including delta.com, the Fly Delta App, airport information screens or through Reservations agents.
Delta is facing an outage affecting their entire network of domestic flights. Currently there is a ground stop in place. In addition, their website and mobile app are both down, which comes just a week after United also had a nationwide ground stop.
A PMM reader who is at JFK airport, where they are reporting have a nationwide outage for all their domestic flights. Any Delta flight that currently is on the ground is bend held. Their website is also currently experiencing problems, according to their twitter team.
