Last month we reviewed the New Park Hyatt St. Kitts. We had a great time and can’t wait to go back to St. Kitts. It is fabulous to have luxury hotel options in the Caribbean that we can use points at. Well, looks like there will be another new one coming in 2021, a Ritz-Carlton resort in St. Kitts! Start racking up those Marriott points!
New Luxury Property To Debut In St Kitts
Via Marriott News Release, The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, L.L.C. has signed a management agreement with The Liamuiga Corporation to open a Ritz-Carlton resort in St. Kitts expected in 2021, bringing the award-winning luxury brand to this Eastern Caribbean Island for the first time.
The Ritz-Carlton resort, which will include 125 suites plus 25 branded villas and residences, will be located on the picturesque Southeast Peninsula of the island facing the Caribbean Sea. From this location there is easy access to the Robert L. Bradshaw International Airport, the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Brimstone Hill, downtown Basseterre and the local beaches of both leeward and windward sides of the Caribbean Sea.
Looking For More Marriott Points?
If you are looking for more ways to score Marriott points, remember, Starpoints are valuable and made more so by the Marriott/Starwood merger last year. You can transfer 1 Starpoints to 3 Marriott points. Consider the Starwood Preferred Guest® Credit Card from American Express or the Starwood Preferred Guest® Business Credit Card from American Express.
I’m always excited to see new properties, especially luxurious ones being added to hotel programs like Marriott and Hyatt. This one is a long time away but, one to look forward too!
