Bottom Line

These free night promotions are my favorite promotions.  In this post link I detailed my 4 night trip report to the Hyatt Lake Tahoe where I used 4 Next Big Thing award nights from Hyatt’s last free night promotion.   If you think you will have the opportunity to redeem alot of these free night awards I would choose the free night option, however if your summer travel is already booked up, then I would choose the point option and select miles as an earning choice so you can take advantage of this 2500 United mile promtion in conjunction with the 5,000 Hyatt points for ever 2 stays.

Still waiting to see what SPG’s 2nd quarter promotion is…
