It’s time for another Points, Miles & Martinis happy hour. This time it’s a double shot of cocktails brought to you from a Delta Sky Club and from the flight crew of a Delta 757 at 30,000 feet. The Delta Sky Club brings us the luxurious Godiva Truffletini. Not to be outdone in the air, Delta’s excellent in-flight crew serves as many (as you care to drink – not just 2 mini bottles) of one of the best premium Kentucky bourbons around.
The Godiva Truffletini
How To Make A Godiva Truffletini
- Godiva chocolate liqueur
- Godiva chocolate vodka
- Milk
- Garnished with a Godiva truffle
Woodford Reserve
Woodford Reserve
- 2 ounces of premium Woodford Reserve small batch Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey
- Very cold ice
- Served with a smile
Bottom Line
One of the things that Delta does exceptionally well is their drink service. They come up with innovative drinks (Delta non-stop) in the Sky Club with great liqueur brands like Avion Tequila and partner with great hotels like the W Atlanta Downtown. In addition, they serve as much premium Kentucky bourbon as you care to drink on board at 30,000 feet. What’s not to like?
