The elite member phone line is a great way to contact Delta, but if you are on a flight or a place where you cannot speak on the phone, the Delta website is just a useful for sending Delta compliments or comments about your Delta experience.
Select “Comment / Complaint”
Select Comment / Complaint link on the Delta homepage.
Step 1 – Verify Your Personal Details
If you log in from your account, your personal details will auto populate. If not, simply enter your name, address and email address so Delta can contact you.
Step 2 – Select The Reason For Your Comment Or Complaint
Next you’ll select the reason for your comment or complaint. Select the drop down and pick from the 10 options.
Step 3 – Complete Your Entry And Select Send
This is the final step before your communication with Delta is finalized. The option you select in step 2 will determine what is shown in this step.
Enter your compliment (if you are out of Job Well Done certificates) or complain and you are all set.
Bottom Line
If you have a compliment, complaint or comment about your Delta experience, the website is a convenient way to communicate with Delta customer service. If you have a real time request however, I prefer to tweet @DeltaAssist. Their team does a great job of addressing concerns in real time.

Thanks for nice post!
“but if you are on a flight or a place where you cannot speak on the phone,” Usually, compliments and comments can wait, but real-time issues can’t. Do Delta agents respond quickly enough for this channel to deal with issues when phone agents are not accessible as you said?
Hi Carol – Best bet for real time issues is to tweet @deltaassist.
