One of the things I look for in a hotel is one that serves Champagne upon arrival. There is just something that says relax, you’ve made it here when you are handed a glass of champagne.
As a result of taking notes during our travels, we have a few Hyatt hotels that are on our “favorites” list. Not only because they have a great property, but because they treat their guests well. And nothing says you’ll be treated well quite like a few glasses of champagne upon arrival.
At the front desk we were greeted with the usual offer for Champagne. With two glasses in hand we headed up to see what kind of view we were offered.
But before we could get to the view, the Hyatt Diamond amenity had arrived. This would serve as round two. Hyatt Diamond members can select 1,000 bonus points or one food and one beverage option. We went with the Panini bites two imported ice cold beers.
Our corner suite had a nice view of the hotel grounds and a few comfy chairs on one of our four balconies to enjoy the view.
A champagne toast followed up by a snack and some beers with a view is hard to beat.
