I posted a couple weeks ago about our one night trip to the Ritz Carlton Lodge, Reynolds Plantation, Happy Hour At The Ritz Lakeside. In this post I will give you my review of the hotel lobby, rooms and amenities. In the next post I will give you review on fun things to do there and dining. There is a lot to cover!
Hotel Review Ritz Carlton Lodge, Reynolds Plantation
The lobby has a great rustic lodge feel. It was very grand and comfortable, we loved it right away!
We had reserved with points the garden view rooms, but upon check in we were upgraded to a lakeside view on the 3rd floor which was a pretty good upgrade because it was a corner room with a double balcony!
Great view of the lake, pools and grounds! This place is amazing!
Rooms are well appointed and pretty recently renovated; which I really appreciate. King sized bed had good linens, nice toiletries in bathroom and overall good decor. Nothing was over the top in the room besides the view. It was comfortable and did have a DVD player which we love for the kids.
This chair opens to a twin sized bed! Nice feature especially when traveling with kids!
Standard Ritz bathroom with separate walk-in shower and tub.Â
View from the lake looking up to the pool and Gaby’s At the Lake Restaurant.
Bottom Line
Our trip to the Ritz Carlton Lodge, Reynolds Plantation was so much fun and I definitely will be going back! I will follow up this post with a review of the amenities, (fun things to do) and the food/dining – there is so much fun stuff to do. If you have a chance to go here; I would definitely recommend it!
