As I previously posted, according to the corporate customer care I spoke to, I was informed that this compensation should be proactive and you should receive by May 1, 2017 if you qualify. If you want to inquire if you qualify, or feel you should receive compensation (even if not a three-hour delay), the number for Corporate Customer Care is 1-800-455-2600 or you can fill out the Contact Us form online.

Mine showed up in my account today. I originally had called on Wednesday night and was offered a $100 voucher because my flight, while delayed 10 hours was only one flight and the stipulation they had for the $200 voucher was 2 or more flights delayed. So, I said fine. Then yesterday, I got the email about the 20k miles. So, I guess I’m getting both a $100 voucher and 20k miles.
Unfortunately for the rest of my friends on the trip, they didn’t have frequent flyer numbers, so they’ll just be getting the $100 voucher.
I was travelling with my wife, using FF reward tickets from my account, and she got the 20k mile letter yesterday 4/13. I am DL Platinum, but haven’t heard from them yet. I just used the link you provided to register my complaint. (We had flight cancellations and delays on both ends of our weekend trip.)
I received the email last night and the points were posted today. Small compensation for the fact that I missed a relative’s funeral because of Delta’s meltdown.
