On a recent trip back to New York from Los Angeles, I decided to stop in the Delta Sky Club at Terminal 2 at LAX, which had recently been taken over by Delta when they moved terminals. Previously, this was the Air Canada Maple Leaf Lounge at LAX.
As a Delta One Business Class LAX-JFK passenger I was able to access the lounge, though those with an American Express Platinum Card also get Delta Sky Club access. The Sky Club is located on the 2nd level of the terminal and is accessible either by the main stairs or an elevator. The Virgin Atlantic Clubhouse is also located on the same level.

The Sky Club offers plenty of seating and power ports throughout to charge.

Since the transition isn’t complete in the lounge, there isn’t a full service bar yet, meaning it’s currently self-serve.
There was also beer on tap to choose from

How To Get Access:
There are many credit cards which provide access to the Delta SkyClubs including this one at LAX. As reminder both the American Express Platinum Card as well as the Business Platinum Card from American Express provide complimentary Sky Club access.
In addition, if you’re a Delta One passenger flying between Los Angeles to New York (JFK) or Washington DC (DCA)Â you receive complimentary access.

Thanks for this review. Did you happen to notice if the shower suites were available or out of commission?
