On an upcoming flight from Atlanta to Los Angeles, I was looking online, and noticed an offer to upgrade from the Main Cabin to Delta Comfort +. Delta was asking a whopping $1004 to upgrade to Comfort + on this domestic flight. I don’t know about you, but I think I’ll pass.
Delta advertises Comfort + as extra legroom, dedicated overhead bin space, and Sky Priority boarding. How much do you think that all should be worth?
I don’t know if this was some IT glitch, or if this is what Delta is trying to charge for upgrades to Comfort Plus on this route. This ticket was redeemed with miles and booked into the NY fare class, so it’s hard to see how Delta came up with this price of more than $1,000 to upgrade to Comfort Plus!
What’s the highest amount you’ve been asked to pay to upgrade to Comfort + for? Feel free to share your thoughts below.Â

The highest i have been offered is $364 from atl to jax= a 38 minutes to 1 hour flight!!!nuts i have also seen delta comfort tix more than a first class tix??? IT delta land they seem to never want to fix any of it!!!!
I just did a Comfort+ upgrade MCI to ATL for $0.96, which I found to be absurdly favorable. I gave it a try, understanding that it may have been a glitch. My purchase was accepted and I now have a Comfort+ seat.
