i just did the deal and purchased an itunes discounted gift card — $165 for a $200 card and the bought other stuff to get to $250 — we will see!
I order a $300 cash card on 3/26/2018 and it is now 6/7/2018, I never receive the cash rebate of $50. I called Costco and they are of no help and said it is up to Visa.
My $50 finally showed up May 22nd.
