I received a response from Radisson about my eligability to earn 50,000 by staying in a Radisson Blu or Radisson. It appears I am eligible since I registered for the promotion by 10 AM CST this morning.  Below is there response.
It looks like the 50,000 promotion is still available. Good news for all of you who got a full night sleep and in on the deal with me. Looks like we can proceed with making reservations to participate in the promotion. Â Any ideas which hotels are participating?

You are wrong about the cutoff time and date! Club Carlson posted on their FB page the following info:
Registration is still open! As of 11am CST on 11.11.11, Club Carlson members that have registered for the Radisson Big Night Giveaway are eligible to receive 50,000 Bonus Gold Points ®. (Keep in mind, the congratulations message is your confirmation).
Thanks for the update Bob. I interpreted their message as registering before 10 AM to be the cutoff. I didn’t realize they moved it to 11 AM CST. I’ve updated the post.
Radisson Hotels also posted on Twitter that “the website will automatically switch over when we are at 15,000 level.” So if the Big Night Giveaway website mentions that 50,000 points will be awarded, that means the cutoff has not yet been reached.
